Molly Nicol
Founder and Principal
Molly Nicol, founding principal, has worked in New York’s Capital District for over 20 years matching the interests of philanthropists with the needs of the community. With a focus on building relationships and raising awareness of community needs, Molly has been successful in leading teams and collaborating with institutions to raise hundreds of millions of dollars to support mission critical projects.
Prior to launching Four Leaf Consulting, Molly was the Senior Executive of the Foundation at Albany Medical Center, Chief of Development at Catholic Charities and led fundraising initiatives for not for profit institutions across the Capital District. Prior to coming to the Capital District, Molly spent 16 years with IBM in corporate sales in cities across the U.S. Molly earned her master’s degree in Bioethics from Albany Medical College and receive her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Washington College.
